Project: the strengthening and addition of three extra stories to the Alexandra Hotel Building.
Location: Schreiber Street, San Giljan, Malta.
The building stands at a height of two basements, ground floor, and six stories. The building constructed over an area of approximately 1650 square meters per story.
The scope of our work entails strengthening the existing structure to accommodate the additional three stories.
Status: we are in the design stage of the project, our team is dedicated to ensuring that the structural integrity of the building is preserved while meeting all regulatory requirements and delivering a remarkable final result.
