.Our scope: full structural design (design of concrete structure + retaining piles system using nails)
- The project contains 4 basements each one with total area 1250sqm and G+4 FLOORS each one with total area 1800 sqm
- The retaining piles contains piles with diameter 80 cm and total length 18 m + using nails

- Demolition of the existing building & Construction of 5-star boutique hotel include an 81 bedroom boutique hotel built over four terraced floors and 1 receded floor levels.
- The hotel will include a restaurant, two pools at roof levels, landscaping areas, drop off and service areas, underground services area and two pedestrian tunnels bridging and extending below the public vehicular road
