- The Shoreline is a brand new, 200,000,000 € development project set in Smart City, Kalkara, Malta. With a footprint of 14,000 sqm, The Shoreline will comprise of a mix of 370 residential units and a 25,000 sqm shopping mall on 2 levels and located right on the water’s edge.
- SmartCity Malta offers a harmonious blend of office, residential and retail spaces, with a third of the land designated as open areas for all to enjoy. The recently launched residential development is a multi-purpose complex on the seafront, with food & beverage facilities as well as retail outlets, and 3 levels of parking.
